    West Indies A Second Innings (Day 3)

    4:26 p.m. Kieran Powell (59*) Kraigg Brathwaite (29*) don't want to throw their wickets away with end of day's play nearing. West Indies A are 94 for 0 in 27 overs and lead by 278 runs.

    3:35 p.m. Powell (52*) is batting with a strike rate of over 75 as he, along with fellow opener Kraigg Brathwaite (25*), rapidly adds to West Indies lead. WI A 79 for 0 in 22 overs

    3 p.m. Kieran Powell (26*) has come out playing his strokes after tea as Brathwaite (9*) bats solidly at the other end. West Indies A 37 for 0 in 14 overs, lead by 221.

    2:10 p.m. Openers Kraigg Brathwaite (8*) and Kieran Powell (11*) were at the crease when tea was called at 20/0 with the visitors still 204 runs ahead against India A.

    India A First Innings (Day 3)

    India started the day at 124 for 3, trailing WI A by 305 runs, with Manpreet Juneja (47*) and Harshad Khadiwale (5*) on the crease.

    1:20 p.m. All out! Permaul completes his five-for (5 for 85 )with Dinda's wicket. Miller ends up with 4 for 61. India A dismissed for 245. West Indies take 184-run lead; follow-on not enforced.

    1:15 p.m. Permaul joins Miller to pick his fourth wicket as well by dismissing Ishwar Pandey. India A still 200 short of West Indies A total. 229 for 9.

    12:45 p.m. The hosts lost Parvez Rasool and Mohammad Shami in quick succession after lunch and are staring at conceding a big first innings lead to WI A. Miller trapped Rasool in front for 9 while Shami was bowled by Permaul for 0. India A 219 for 8 in 84 overs.

    11:30 a.m. India A are reeling at lunch in Mysore, having lost three batsmen in the two-hour session to slip to 196 for 6, still 233 behind the visitors. Harshad Khadiwale was the sixth wicket to fall after Miller, who has bagged three wickets, ended his 116-ball struggle at 27.

    11:15 a.m. Nikita Miller dismissed Rajat Paliwal for just 1 after Veerasammy Permaul ended Manprit Juneja's 84-run knock on the third morning. Juneja struck 11 boundaries in his knock. India were 185 for 5 in 67 overs with Khadiwale (26*) and Rohit Motwani (1*) at the crease.

    10:30 a.m. Manpreet Juneja (73*) struck three boundaries in successive overs after being involved in an on-field spat with Nikita Miller as India A reached 165 for 3.

    10 a.m. Manpreet Juneja (56*) has completed his half century after starting the day just three short of the landmark. Harish Khadiwale is yet to add to his overnight score of 5*. India A 135 for 3 in 49 overs.

    Day 3 round-up:

    Promising allrounder Parvez Rasool impressed with a five-wicket haul but West Indies A held the edge as they made inroads into the India A batting line-up after being all out for 429 in the first unofficial Test in Mysore on Thursday.

    At stumps on the second day of the match, India A were in a spot of bother at 124 for 3, with skipper Chesteshwar Pujara back in the pavilion.

    The hosts were trailing the Kirk Edwards-led side by 305 runs with seven wickets in hand. Manpreet Juneja was unbeaten on 47 off 77 balls while Harshad Khadiwale was batting on five. Opener Lokesh Rahul made 46 off 100 balls at the Gangotri Glades Cricket Ground.
