New Delhi: The 30-member Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) looking into the 2G scam will meet for the first time on Thursday. The panel will discuss whether the PAC - also looking into the scam - went beyond its brief.
The committee is to discuss whether the Public Accounts Commitee or the PAC, headed by senior BJP leader Murli Manohar Joshi, went beyond its mandate.
The JPC, which has 30 members from both the Houses, is headed by PC Chako. He's supposed to submit the report to Parliament by the end of the monsoon session.
