New Delhi: It will be music to the ears of Gujarat Lions' supporters as ace all-rounder Dwayne Bravo has revealed that he will make a comeback into the team's playing eleven sooner than later, in the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League.
Bravo has been out of action from the game since picking up a hamstring injury in the Big Bash League in December 2016, while he was playing for Melbourne Renegades.
Bravo spoke about his impending return during a sideline interview while his team locked horns on against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Tuesday night in Rajkot.
Earlier, the all-rounder also posted a video on social media, where he is seen in full training for the first time since picking up the injury four months ago. Bravo's twitter post read: "I'm so looking forward to getting back on the park again feels good to be a part of full training again #champion #djbravo #recoveryjourney"

Gujarat captain Suresh Raina has reiterated many a time during this edition of the league that they have sorely missed the services of their star player. With a top-heavy line-up, bowling is a cause of concern for head coach Heat Streak.
In the 15 matches that Bravo played for Gujarat last term, the West Indian managed to pick 17 wickets and helped his team top the group stage.
The Lions are currently at the bottom of the league, as in the five matches that they have played so far, GL have managed to win just one match.
