    Sehwag's leading-edge curse continues

What are India to do about Virender Sehwag? The once belligerent opener has looked a pale imitation of his natural self in Australia and his wretched form followed him in Adelaide. On the one hand it could be seen as a small positive that Sehwag reached 20 and featured in a 50-plus stand with Gautam Gambhir. But on the other hand – and it is a big but – was the worrying manner in which he threw away his wicket yet again. Having faced 21 balls for his 20 and allowing Gambhir to be the aggressor, Sehwag was dismissed to an ordinary delivery down the leg side from Clint McKay. As has happened so often on this tour, it was a short-of-a-length ball that Sehwag failed to adjust to; his bat face shut too early and a leading edge popped up for a simple catch to point. Will the real Sehwag start to 'lead' instead of tamely edge to fielders?
