New Delhi: Former Australia cricketer Shane Warne has lost a bet to former India captain Sourav Ganguly and the legendary spinner will now have to honor his word by wearing the jersey of arch-rivals England.
Warne took to a social media side to express his disappointed about losing the bet but he also said that he will keep his word and wear the jersey for an entire day. Warne's twitter post read: ".@SGanguly99 Trying to get an England ODI shirt sent to me so I can wear it in honour of our bet. Will tweet a picture asap ! 😩 #CT17"

Former Australia skipper Michael Clarke had said during a conclave in London that he expects India versus Australia in the final of the Champions Trophy 2017. However, Ganguly disagreed with Clarke and said that England is a very good team and he expects to see them go deep into the tournament.
This is when Warne jumped into the conversation and said that England won't even win their Group A match against Australia. This is when the two decided to place a bet. On Saturday, England crushed Australia by 40 runs (D/L) to send them packing, which meant that Ganguly had won his bet against Warne.
After that clash, Warne had tweeted: ".@SGanguly99 You win our bet mate. I will find an England shirt and wear it all day ! "

And now it is upto the former India captain to find him an England shirt and then put in on social media for the world to see.
