Yuvraj Singh breathes fire in a six-hitting show

Bangalore was treated to another 'Yuvraj Special' on Tuesday evening when the Royal Challengers Bangalore batsman delivered a six-hitting tutorial for Delhi Daredevils, taking life out of their bowlers with a breathtaking display of batsmanship.

The flair is back, and so is the bat speed - with the swing that is so Yuvraj. The gentle-giant demeanor is there as well, and the nonchalance response after hitting a six: "Go fetch it. I'm here, waiting."

When in full flow, sixes flow from Yuvraj's bat like the ease of an everyday job. And it has been no different on the last two occasions Yuvraj has been to work: 38-ball 83 against Rajasthan Royals and today 29-ball 68 against Delhi Daredevils.

Against Rajasthan, the Yuvraj show ended in a heartbreak as Steven Smith and James Faulkner pulled off a sensational chase. It also nullified Yuvraj's heroics with the ball - a spell of 4 for 35.

But Yuvraj wasn't disheartened, and he couldn't, with RCB needing every player in their squad to lift the spirits with a win against Delhi. And it was Yuvraj, who stepped up to the plate once again.

RCB were 94/3 in 12.3 overs when Yuvraj walked onto the field, and by the time he left undefeated, damage had well and truly been done. Yuvi's 9 sixes and a four decorated his knock of 68 in just 29 balls while taking RCB to 186/4.

The southpaw was especially severe on South African leggie Imran Tahir and medium pacer Rahul Shukla - both of who were at the receiving end of a hat-trick of sixes from Yuvraj's bat.

Once again, for the second time in a row in the last three days, Yuvraj gave his team a good chance to win. And if he keeps doing it, we will definitely see Yuvraj at another ODI World Cup in 8 months' time.
