From dud to dude: The style evolution of Saif Ali Khan
Since Saif Ali Khan has experimented with his style before, he succeeds in keeping us guessing what he will look like in 2014.
New Delhi: Whether it is because of cosmetic surgery or natural aging changes, actor Saif Ali Khan's looks have changed significantly in over 20 years he has spent in Bollywood. From sporting long curly locks in early 90s to looking darn perfect in 'Dil Chahta Hai', shocking supporters with his wacky blonde avatar in 'Go Goa Gone' and opting for a naturally tanned look in forthcoming project 'Bullet Raja', Saif Ali Khan has done it all. Since he has experimented with his style multiple times before, the actor succeeds in keeping us guessing what he will look this time in 2014. Take a look at his dramatic transformation.
Saif has had a tryst with bad and terrible hairdos in the two decades he has spent in the showbiz industry.
But, there’s also no denying the fact that despite his long hair, he was appreciated for his appearance and performance in ’Ole Ole’ in Main Khiladi Tu Anari. The actor quite unflinchingly experimented with his style before he realised what worked best for him.
The actor looked super stylish and classy in ’Dil Chahata Hai’. What made him popular in the film was his effortless acting and impeccable style.
There was also a phase when Saif would be spotted making a style statement with colourful bandanas.
With his clean shaven look, Saif looks years younger and fresh.
Saif’s ’Tom Cruise wala look’ in ’Hum Tum’ was a hit with the viewers.
He may have sported a rustic look in ’Omkara’, but the actor managed to create a carve for himself, courtesy his style and acting prowess.
His recent blonde look in ’Go Goa Gone’ may have been a bit shocking, but he pulled it off well.
Even though he seems to be getting back to ’hair curling’ behind his neck and heavy beard style of 2005, fans wouldn’t cringe in fear now.
