Shiv shot three birdies on the front nine and one more on the 13th. His bogey came on second.

The leaders were Miguel Angel Jimenez and Brett Rumford, who were tied at 10 under par before the bad weather suspended play.

Jimenez and overnight leader Rumford of Australia shared the lead at 10-under-par through nine holes.

Wales' Rhys Davies is in third place at eight-under-par with seven holes remaining one ahead of Kapur.

The third round was delayed two hours at the outset by the first set of storms that hit Seoul.
