All good things come to an end and with the arrest of Vijay Mallya in London, his long run of good times seems to have come to an expected end. The liquor baron, who is wanted in connection with Rs 9000 crore debt by banks, was arrested on Tuesday by Scotland Yard on India’s extradition warrant. He was produced before the Westminster Magistrates' Court there and was granted bail.

Mallya is known to have infused life in the mundane calendars and made time-keeping and art with his flamboyant calendars. Never before was looking at calendars such a joy. The popular businessman and a former Rajya Sabha MP also started an airlines, which ran aground as the debts caught up with him.

From defaulting on the salaries of Kingfisher Airlines employees to having shady deals with banks all over the country, Mallya has done it all.

Last year, 'S&G Comedy' created a Qawwali news report on the entire Vijay Mallya situation and it was indeed hilarious.

Watch these Qawwali singers parody "purdah hai purdah" as they mock Mallya's grand lifestyle and give you a song that would ring in your ears forever.
