Tweet Review: Vin Diesel's 'Fast and Furious 6'
Vin Diesel and Paul Walker are back with the latest edition of 'Fast and Furious'.

New Delhi: Vin Diesel and Paul Walker are back with the latest edition of 'Fast and Furious'. Directed by Justin Lin, the film also features Dwayne Johnson and Michelle Rodriguez in important roles.

The sixth installment of the film takes the story forward from where it finished in the last part. Dominic Toretto (Diesel) is living a secluded life he chose for himself after his successful Rio heist. Brian O'Conner (Paul Walker) lives with Mia (Jordana), and then a diplomatic security service agent Luke Hobbs (Joshnson) approaches the two. Things take a dramatic turn when Hobbs reveals that Dominic's former girlfriend Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) is not dead.

The 'Fast and Furious' franchise is one of the most successful heist-caper series of Hollywood. The franchise relies on the heavy dose of action and smart dialogue writing. Vin Diesel has a dedicated fan base which identifies the series with him, and they are likely to support the actor again.

The film has generated a good buzz in India as well; however the real picture will be clear after the first week only.

Rohit Vats of IBNLive is inside the theatre to live tweet the experience of 'Fast and Furious 6'.

2:48 PM: The 6th edition will feature Dominic Torretto after his infamous Rio heist. #FF6

2:49 PM: Directed by Justin Lin, Fast & Furious 6 stars Vin Diesel & Paul Walker in the lead roles. #FF6

2:50 PM: The film also features The Rock and Michelle Rodriguez in important roles. #FF6

2:51 PM: What are your expectations from the latest installment of this popular franchise? #FF6

2:53 PM: Do you think India should also produce a heist series on the lines of Fast & Furious? Who will be the hero in it? #FF6

2:58 PM: What do you think is the main ingredient of a successful heist film? Is it the actors or the action scenes or something else? #FF6

3:02 PM: Who will emerge as the ultimate winner in #FF6: Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, The Rock or anyone else?

3:05 PM: Have you played NFS. Well, Diesel and Walker are doing something similar in the beginning of #FF6.

3:10 PM: The credit sequence hints what to expect from the film. It's stylish to say the least. #FF6

3:15 PM: Can you easily differentiate between Vin Diesel and The Rock? #FF6 has a much bigger canvas. The world's toughest thieves are back in the business. Will they be able to excel again?

3:25 PM: It's not just a race anymore, it's the death race. The Rock is not a wrestler now. He has started acting. No seriously, he is trying. #FF6

3:32 PM: The signature background score of #FF6 brings out the essence of the franchise. This is catchy as well.

3:40 PM: I guess more than 60% of the franchise is chase sequences. Remember the song I wonder if you know....#FF6

3:45 PM: The world is round. You keep meeting old enemies and of course friends. #FF6

3:50 PM: There are some loopholes in the screenplay. Style can't supplement for every mistake. #FF6

3:55 PM: Hollywood has a clear mindset about heist films. They should be high on style, seriousness of the content is secondary. #FF6

4:01 PM: The franchise always had great heroes but relatively weaker villains. #FF6 doesn't look different till now.

4:10 PM: So, here it is. The super glamorous car race and Dominic Torretto. This time in London. #FF6

4:20 PM: Vin Diesel's idea of a romantic chat is very scary for Bollywood directors. #FF6

4:27 PM: The last thing I want to see is Vin Diesel crying. Hope he understands my feelings. #FF6

4:30 PM: Why do sidekicks pay for the hero's mistakes? It should be the other way round, no? #FF6

4:35 PM: Some camera angles are weird in #FF6. They don't thrill, instead they hamper the flow of the film.

4:40 PM: Both the sides are poised for a rough battle. A season of treacheries begins. #FF6

4:45 PM: Has it finished? Or there is something more to it? #FF6

4:50 PM: Ok, it's an extended climax. Don't leave the hall in hurry. Fight, chase and more fight. This is how they are. Fast and Furious. #FF6

5:05 PM: Ok, finally it's over. The film finishes with a glimpse of the next film in the series. #FF6

5:07 PM: #FF6 has a similar storyline like other films in the series but the actions are more thrilling this time.

5:09 PM: The film belongs to Vin Diesel. Who cares about the acting when The Rock and Diesel trade down the enemy line. #FF6

5:11 PM: Style quotient is high and the director has given #FF6 a religious touch as well. The film thrives only on its thrill value.

5:16 PM: #FF6 is more of a masala film then a pure heist film. Likely to receive popularity among the young audience.

5:20 PM: You can watch #FF6 for its high octane action sequences. The film doesn't offer anything else.

5:25 PM: Thanks for being with us throughout the tweet review of Fast & Furious 6. Stay tuned for more on films. #FF6
