Agreed, there is nothing new in Ram Gopal Varma making headlines for his controversial tweets. But what’s new is that the filmmaker, who has often got into Twitter spats, took to his handle to seek apology after slamming Chiranjeevi for the title of his much-awaited film Khaidi No. 150.

"After seeing this look i want to apologise to all his fans for whatever criticism I made in the past on his 150th," he had tweeted as soon as Chiranjeevi’s first look and special teaser of the movie was released.

"Best look of MegaStar in his entire Career.Super classy-Super Intense With this pic Khaidi No.150 title ROCCCCKS!" read his next tweet.

"Mega Star's Look is Amazingly Mindblowing...Looks Like A Sure Shot Block Buster..Million Cheers," he wrote in another tweet.

The filmmaker apologized after he condemned the star on Twitter. "It's 636 times Mega dumb to title a film khaidi No.150 when already his film khaidi no.786 released 28 years earlier," his tweet read.

Khaidi No. 150 is an upcoming Telugu action drama featuring Chiranjeevi and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead roles and marks the filmstar-politicians comeback to acting after nine years.

Konidela Production Company brought out the official first look motion poster of the movie in association with Lyca Productions.
