In a strange twist in the civilian killings in Sopore in Jammu & Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir police have allegedly put the photograph of a local shopkeeper in a public notice on the suspect.
The meeting comes after at least six civilians have been gunned down in the last three weeks by unidentified men, who are suspected to be terrorists.
There seems to be no end to incidents of civilians being targeted in the Sopore area of Jammu and Kashmir, with fourth such death being reported from the region.
