Why we need to talk about Vitamin D deficiency right now!

We live in a country with abundant sunshine, still one area that needs an urgent attention is sustained Vitamin D Deficiency, we all are inevitably facing. Due to lack of sunlight exposure, sitting for long hours and low intake of Vitamin D Rich food, this has become important to maintain adequate levels of Vitamin D. Vitamin D has been studied not only to benefit bones , but many other disorders too.
