114. Ekamra-Bhubaneswar is an Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in Coastal region of Odisha and falls in Khurda district. Odisha is located in East India. Seat is unreserved.

This Urban constituency has 2,71,409 voters of which 1,47,142 are male and 1,24,267 are female and voters of the third gender.

In the 2019 Odisha Assembly elections, Ekamra-Bhubaneswar, recorded a voter turnout of 49.63%. The voter turnout in the 2014 Assembly elections was 45.97% and in 2009, 37.19% of Ekamra-Bhubaneswar's voters came out to elect their Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA).

In the 2014 Odisha state Assembly elections, Ashok Chandra Panda of BJD won in this seat defeating BJP's candidate by a margin of 36,476 votes which was 31.8% of the total votes polled. Ashok Chandra Panda polled a total of 1,14,718 (65.63%) votes.

BJD's Ashok Chandra Panda won this seat in the 2009 Odisha Assembly elections beating the ADMK candidate by a margin of 43450 (51.76%) votes. Ashok Chandra Panda polled 83,951 which was 65.63% of the total votes polled.

Ekamra-Bhubaneswar went to the polls in Phase 3 of the 2019 Odisha Assembly polls on Tuesday, April 23, 2019. The election results for the seat are scheduled for Thursday, May 23, 2019.
