125. Kabisuryangar is an Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in Coastal region of Odisha and falls in Ganjam district. Odisha is located in East India. Seat is unreserved.

This Rural constituency has 2,23,717 voters of which 1,19,095 are male and 1,04,622 are female and voters of the third gender.

In the 2019 Odisha Assembly elections, Kabisuryangar, recorded a voter turnout of 64.69%. The voter turnout in the 2014 Assembly elections was 64.4% and in 2009, 54.55% of Kabisuryangar's voters came out to elect their Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA).

In the 2014 Odisha state Assembly elections, V Sugnana Kumari Deo of BJD won in this seat defeating IND's candidate by a margin of 21,500 votes which was 16.22% of the total votes polled. V Sugnana Kumari Deo polled a total of 1,32,525 (56.01%) votes.

BJD's V Sugnana Kumari Deo won this seat in the 2009 Odisha Assembly elections beating the DMK candidate by a margin of 23068 (22.68%) votes. V Sugnana Kumari Deo polled 1,01,694 which was 56.01% of the total votes polled.

Kabisuryangar went to the polls in Phase 2 of the 2019 Odisha Assembly polls on Thursday, April 18, 2019. The election results for the seat are scheduled for Thursday, May 23, 2019.
