Toss: England opted to bowl against India. Both teams unchanged from the first Test.

Pre-match: Build-up to the Lord's Test is sure to fan the flames of aggression after the row involving James Anderson and Ravindra Jadeja spilled over from the field to the match referee's room - turning into a round of allegations and counter-allegations between India and England on the eve of the second Test.

The date of disciplinary hearing has not yet been announced, which means Anderson - who has been accused of "abusing and pushing" Jadeja on day two of the drawn first Test - is under no immediate threat of missing the Lord's Test after ICC acted upon Indian team manager's complaint to charge the England bowler.
