Riding on Owais Shah's 84 and Anamul Haque's 50, Dhaka Gladiators beat Khulna Royal Bengals by 62 runs in the opening match of the second edition of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) in Mirpur on Friday.

Shah hammered six sixes and four fours in his 48-ball knock, while Anamul scored 50 off 39 balls with four boundaries and three sixes as Gladiators posted 204 for 4 after opting to bat first.
