The all-rounder has now hit 419 runs in the tournament so far, at an incredible average 209.5, having also hit three half-centuries.
Heat would have hoped to restrict the opposition for a low total after getting the dangerous Alyssa Healy for two in the third over, but Perry took charge of the innings and batted the visitors out of the game.
The Sixers bowlers had not issues defending the target, as Dane van Niekerk and Erin Burns claimed two wickets each to restrict the Heat to 155 for seven.
With this win, the Sixers now join their city rivals Sydney Thunder on top of the league table on 10 points.
