POLL | Do You Think India Made a Mistake By Not Playing a Specialist Spinner At Perth?

The Optus Stadium at Perth presented a green looking wicket as India and Australia set themselves for the second Test on Friday. While Tim Paine went ahead with his regular four bowlers, three pacers plus a spinner, Virat Kohli selected a four-seamer all-out pace attack, opting away from picking a spinner. Off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin was out with a side strain, which made way for Ravindra Jadeja to be picked in the final 13-man squad, but the possibility of pacer friendly conditions meant the all-rounder was benched for Umesh Yadav.

Do you think that was the right call?
