New Delhi: After helping his team to a big win over Sri Lanka in the first Test at Galle, ace India opener Shikhar Dhawan seems to have taken his form over to video games as well, as he was pictured celebrating his victory against fellow Indian teammates while playing FIFA, on Saturday.
Dhawan starred with a sensational 168-ball 190 in the first innings that helped India pile on 600 runs and it set the tone for the visitors for the rest of the match. Dhawan also picked up the man of the match for his heroics in the Test.
India trumped the hosts inside four days and that gave them enough time to try their hands at video games. In a picture uploaded on social media by batman Rohit Sharma, the southpaw is seen taking the mickey out of Cheteshwar Pujara and KL Rahul and it seems that he beat them in FIFA very comfortably.

Rohit didn't play in the first Test but that didn't stop him from celebrating the team's resounding success in Galle.

The writing was very much on the wall before the start of play on the fourth day and a quality knock from Sri Lanka opener Dimuth Karunaratne only delayed the inevitable as Virat Kohli and boys thrashed Sri Lanka by 304 runs in the first Test at the Galle International Stadium with a day to spare in the game. The Indians outplayed Rangana Herath and his boys in all the departments at Galle to take a 1-0 lead in the three-match series.
In his first series after being appointed head coach, Ravi Shastri couldn’t have expected for a better start as his boys showed a lot of conviction on a Galle wicket that didn’t have much for the bowlers. Compared to the general wicket prepared at the venue over the years, this one was more suited to the batsmen. But the Indian bowlers kept toiling hard after skipper Kohli led the way with a disciplined hundred.
The second Test will be played at the Sinhalese Sports Club in Colombo from August 3.
