WICKET! Morris gets KC Cariappa for 1. That was full and crashed into the stumps of the batsman. KXIP's score reads 134/8

WICKET! Cummins sends back Mohit. That was a full length delivery and that hits the pad and goes on to the stumps there. Well-deserved wicket for Cummins here as Mohit goes for 13. KXIP's score reads 133/7

59 required off the last 12 balls with Axar batting on 41 and Mohit batting on 12. KXIP's score reads 130/6 after 18 overs

MAXIMUM! Axar launches into Zak off the last ball of the over and the ball goes high and handsome. This one is inside the second tier at the long-on stand. KXIP's score reads 124/6

Zak starts proceedings after the time-out and he has been spot on with the yorkers here. Not giving anything away to the KXIP lower-order. Beautiful over here as KXIP's score reads 116/6

KXIP's score reads 112/6 after 16 overs. Punjab need 77 off 24 balls with 4 wickets in hand. Axar and Mohit at the crease as the players go for the strategic time-out.

MAXIMUM! Anderson pitches that up and Axar goes straight and over. Something to cheer about for KXIP fans here. KXIP's score reads 109/6

100 up for KXIP. Zak pitches that up and Mohit goes for a drive, hits the edge and the ball runs into the third-man boundary. KXIP's score reads 103/6

Boundary for Axar. That was wide outside off and Axar gives it the full flow of the bat and the edge goes running into the third-man boundary. KXIP's score reads 96/6

WICKET! Anderson gets Miller finally. Hits Miller on the pad and the umpire raises his finger. Anderson  is very happy as Miller goes for 24. KXIP's score reads 88/6

DROPPED! Zaheer drops Miller on 19. That was a full-blooded drive and Zak got both hands to it and failed to hold on to it. Anderson is not too happy with this as Miller picks a single. KXIP's score reads 81/5

Lucky boundary for Miller. Goes hard and the ball takes the inside edge and runs off to the fine-leg boundary for four runs. Corey Anderson clearly unlucky here. KXIP's score reads 80/5

FOR THE RECORD: This is the 4th time Maxwell has been dismissed by Mishra, 3rd time he has been dismissed for a duck against Delhi in IPL and the 4th time he has been dismissed by a spinner against Delhi in his last 6 innings ( 2 Mishra 2 Tahir)

WICKET! The dangerous Maxwellis gone here. This is Mishra's 50th wicket at the Ferozeshah Kotla. Pitches that up and Maxwell goes for the slog sweep and that lands into Billings' lap. Maxwell goes for a duck as KXIP's score reads 65/5

WICKET! Cummins has the last laugh as Morgan hits that straight to Nair at backward point. Morgan goes for 22 as KXIP's score reads 64/4 after 10 overs. Punjab need 125 off 60 balls

Boundary again for Morgan. This times he plays the cut off Cummins. Uses the pace to his advantage and hits that past the point fielder to the boundary. KXIP's score reads 64/3

Boundary for Morgan as he drives Cummins in the gap between cover and mid-off. KXIP's score moves to 58/3

KXIP's score reads 53/3 after 9 overs as the players go for a strategic break. Morgan and Miller at the crease with KXIP needing 136 off 66 balls at 12.36 runs per over

Miller clearly failing to read the googly from Mishra. He is bowling brilliantly here. Miller and Morgan looking to pick the singles to keep the scoreboard moving

Just two runs from the Cummins over as both Morgan and Miller have found the going tough against the pace of the Australian. KXIP's score reads 49/3 after 8 overs

Miller falls down as he looks to complete a single after being hit between the thigh pad and pad by Cummins. The pace doing the trick for Delhi here. KXIP's score reads 48/3

Seven runs coming off the seventh over as Morris looks to keep it tight. KXIP need quick runs here as their score reads 47/3 after 7 overs. Need 142 from 78 balls.

FOR THE RECORD: This is the first time KXIP have lost more than 2 wickets in powerplay this season. KXIP's score reads 40/3 after 6 overs

KXIP's score reads 33/3 after 5 overs. Need 156 runs from 15 overs at a required rate of 10.40. Morgan and Miller at the crease

WICKET! Chirs Morries gets Amla off a full-toss. Hits that one straight to Sam Billings at deep square leg. Only one fielder there in the deep and Amla hits that straight to Billings. Amla goes for 19 as KXIP's score reads 31/3

Amla hits a boundary to end the Nadeem over as he hits it over the infield. Good batting from Amla here as KXIP's score reads 26/2 after 4 overs

WICKET! Saha is gone here. Brilliant catch by Zaheer off Nadeem's bowling as Saha hits it low to the skipper at covers. The umpires check and that is OUT. Saha goes for 7 as KXIP's score reads 21/2.

Lucky boundary for Saha here. Tries to inside out against Nadeem, but the hand comes off the handle. Luckily the ball falls behind the point fielder and goes into the boundary. KXIP's score reads 21/1

Returning from an eight-wicket drubbing at the hands of Kolkata Knight Riders, Kings XI Punjab will face a daunting task when they take on a resurgent Delhi Daredevils in an Indian Premier League (IPL) 2017 match at the Feroz Shah Kotla.

Delhi's confidence got a major boost after the massive 97-run victory against Rising Pune Supergiants on Tuesday, thanks to an all-round show from the likes of centurion Sanju Samson, Chris Morris, skipper Zaheer Khan and leg-spinner Amit Mishra.

The visitors, on the other hand, failed to extend their two-match winning momentum when after being outplayed by KKR at the Eden Gardens on Thursday.
