New Delhi: The tenth edition of the Indian Premier League is all-set for a glittering start in Hyderabad on Wednesday, with the first match set to be played between defending champions Sunrisers Hyderabad and last-year's runners-up Royal Challengers Bangalore.

While there is still some time left in the battle to commence on the field, there is already a war waging on social media between the two team's official accounts.

Both RCB and SRH have hundred thousands followers online and the teams are leaving no stones unturned to win the battle of the internet.

The biggest on-field battle between the two teams will be between big-hitters Yuvraj Singh and Chris Gayle and the two teams are trying to cash in on the blockbuster clash on the social media as well.

RCB posted the image of their big West Indian on twitter with the caption: 'The alpha, the omega and everything in between of T20 batting - Chris Gayle!'

While SRH weren't left behind as they showed they have a six-king in their ranks as well — Yuvraj Singh.

The two teams were also seen practicing hard in the nets ahead of the tournament opener. While RCB are stung by injuries to main players like Virat Kohli, AB De Villiers, KL Rahul to name a few, the SRH are almost to their full strength coming into this match.
