The 10-year-old scored 125 runs, including 12 boundaries, in an Under-14 club cricket match in Bengaluru.

Samit, son of legendary India batsman Rahul Dravid, is progressing from baby steps to taking meaningful strides in his cricket journey as the 10-year-old scored a century in an Under-14 club cricket match in Bengaluru.

In a match played at the Loyola ground in the Tiger Cup tournament, Samit, playing for Bangalore United Cricket Club (BUCC), scored 125 against Frank Anthony Public School.

While Samit's father serves as the president of BUCC, Dravid Jr himself is a brand ambassador of tiger conservation.

Samit hit 12 boundaries in his 125 while his team-mate Pratyush G scored 143 not out. The duo's heroics earned BUCC a huge 246-run win.

Samit has previously too made headlines when he was named the 'Tiger of the Tournament' in the same event last year scoring three half-centuries for his team.

The Tiger Cup, which is now in its fifth year, is an event that is organised to raise awareness about conservation of the endangered species.
