Delhi scored 250/8, taking their lead to 67 runs against Vidarbha at the end of the second day at the Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering Ground.
Manan Sharma (82) and Vikas Tokas (28) were at the crease when umpires dislodged the bails for the day.
Resuming the day at 12/1, Delhi started off on a bad note by losing over-night batsman Pradeep Sanghwan and Unmukt Chand in back-to-back overs.
