After hustling on the field in consecutive Test series for India, R Ashwin is taking a break to spend quality time with family. The cricketer, who isn’t a part of the limited-overs squad in the ongoing T20I series against England, is making the most of his leisure break in Kerala. Taking to his official social media handle, Ashwin shared a perfect family portrait.

The photo shared by the India all-rounder on Wednesday, shows him and wife Pritha, all smiles posing for the camera with their adorable daughters – Akhira and Aadhya. The 34-year-old Tamil Nadu born takes his style quotient to another level by dressing down in a mundu and a t-shirt.

Ashwin captioned the post as “A picture for posterity”,

During his recent interaction with India Today, the off-spinner admitted that his Decision Review System (DRS) review calls needed improvement in the near future. Talking about the recently concluded four-match Test series at home, Ashwin also added that wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant had let him down on many occasions as he relied on the latter to assess the bounce and trajectory. Ashwin will again be seen in action in the Indian Premier League playing for the Delhi Capitals, starting April 9.
