Bangladesh skipper Mashrafe Mortaza believes the team gave it their all at the ICC World Cup 2019 but that there remains room for improvement. They bowed out of the tournament with a defeat against Pakistan in their final group game. "I think the players have tried their best. As I said, there are a few areas where we could improve a lot. We knew what is our weaknesses, but we couldn't prove that weaknesses can be improved a little bit better. Obviously, the whole team is disappointed," he said after their 94-run loss to Sarfaraz Ahmed's side at Lord's on Friday.
