Having defeated India in the last ODI, Windies came into this match with a great chance of taking a lead over the home side in the five-match series. However, Rohit Sharma (162) and Ambati Rayudu (100) helped India post a massive target of 378 runs. In reply, Windies were bundled out for just 153 runs, giving India a 224-run victory. Windies skipper Jason Holder, who scored a fighting 54*, said his team didn't do justice to the way they have played in this series. The 26-year-old blamed his batsmen for the loss.
