India started off brilliantly in the penultimate Test against England in Southampton by dismissing their six batsmen for 86 runs. But then an 81-run partnership between Moeen Ali and Sam Curran ensured that England moved towards a decent total in the first innings. Cricket expert Ayaz Memon, News18 Group Editor (Sports) Gaurav Kalra and Rohan Gavakar analyse India's bowling performance. Memon feels that this has been one series where batting contributions by lower-order batsmen have been of immense importance, be it for India or England. On the other hand, Kalra believes that even though India bowled well, what could really hurt their chances is star bowler Jasprit Bumrah bowling no balls at crucial junctures.
