WATCH | England Lower-order Resistance Comes as No Surprise: Rohan Gavaskar

Cricketnext Staff | September 2, 2018, 12:59 AM IST

England ended day three of the fourth Test at Southampton at 260/8, and an overall lead of 233. After the hosts were in a spot of bother at 122/5, Jos Buttler came to the team's rescue and scored a crafty 69. He was ably supported by Sam Curran who is unbeaten on 37. Former India international Rohan Gavaskar feels that England's lower-order resistance comes as no surprise. They had done it in previous Tests too, to frustrate India. Additionally, he talked about Buttler, who is in the form of his life.
