It was nothing less than a nightmare for the touring Indian team on the second day of the Lord's Test against England. After first day was washed out due to incessant rains, India was bundled out for a paltry 107 in 35.2 overs. with rain regularly interrupting the second day's proceedings too, Indian batsmen failed to apply themselves in the middle and could not show any resistance against the strong English bowling attack. Cricket expert Ayaz Memon feels that this could the defining moment not only in the Test match, but the series as well. He goes on to say that Indian batsmen showed lack of technique and lack of heart.
