Honda Cars India Ltd. (HCIL) today launched 2017 ‘Privilege Edition’ of its mid-size sedan Honda Amaze. The Privilege Edition comes with the advanced infotainment system, enhanced exterior, and safety features. The limited edition is based on Amaze S(O) MT grade which comes with dual airbags, ABS (in Diesel Variant), driver seat height adjuster and dual-tone interiors. The Privilege edition is priced Rs 10,000 over S(O) MT grade and is available with a price tag of Rs 6.48 lakh for Petrol and Rs 7.73 lakh for Diesel.
The Privilege Edition offers centre arm rest for the driver and rear parking sensors. It is also equipped with 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system called the Digipad which comes with 3D navigation, smartphone voice assistance, Mirrorlink and 1.5 GB media memory.(Image: Honda)
The limited edition variant comes with same 1.2-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine options mated with the 5-speed transmission. In this segment, Honda Amaze competes with the likes of Ford Aspire, Hyundai Xcent, Volkswagen Ameo and Maruti Suzuki Dzire.
