Maruti Suzuki Launches Premium Nexa Service Workshop Chain

In the new NEXA service, customers will have the option to get a health check of their car at a diagnostic bay located at the workshop.

Maruti Suzuki Launches Premium Nexa Service Workshop Chain

Launched two years ago by Maruti Suzuki as the brand’s premium sub-brand, NEXA today launched the new chain of service workshops equipped with digital technology. These new workshops will have a premium lounge equipped with a digital display that will help the customer to monitor the progress of his car, while large glass walls will allow them to view it live as it is serviced on the shop floor.

In the new NEXA service workshop, customers will have the option to get a health check of their car at a diagnostic bay located in the workshop. The health card will put out the car’s well-being on a range of parameters using digital tools. Nexa Service chain will charge a premium over the existing Maruti workshops and will be available to all the Maruti cars, including the Nexa cars.

Managing Director and CEO, Maruti Suzuki, Kenichi Ayukawa said, “NEXA was a, first important step in Maruti Suzuki’s transformation journey. We have created NEXA Service to take forward the promise of premium customer experience. I am sure customers will like NEXA service as well."

Customers can make appointments with NEXA service online or through the app and will be given preference. A host of fits-in-India workshop features have been inluded in the new chain of workshop. The first NEXA service workshop is now open in Gurugram and Maruti Suzuki expects that nearly 300 NEXA service workshops will be operation by 2020.
