Let's be honest, everyone has had at least one awful haircut in their lives. In response, some go into hiding, while others simply go viral on the Internet.
With the hope of getting a trendy haircut, a Chinese man got more than he had asked for after his barber got a little too much into the details and gave him a trim he wasn't expecting.
The unidentified man was watching a video on his phone when he paused it and asked his hairstylist to give him the exact look, reported the Daily Mail.
Not realising that the triangle in the video was a 'play' button icon, the barber diligently recreated the look step-by-step and even asked the customer at one point if he wanted to keep the triangle, to which the latter apparently nodded a 'yes', without paying much attention.
As a result, the man was left with huge triangular patches on both sides of his head.
The hilarious incident was brought to light by Chinese entertainment blogger Tian Xiu Bot, who shared the photos of the accidental haircut on microblogging site Weibo, a day before New Year's Eve.
