Has anything ever happened to you that immediately made you think that’s it’s a miracle? Something so unexpectedly positive that made you go, “What are the chances of that ever happening?” Or do you generally believe in miracles and gifts from the universe? If yes, then you will find these “one in a million” stories trending on Tik-Tok quite amazing. People are sharing events from their life that, by pure coincidence, either saved their lives or had a life-changing impact on them and their families.
For instance, one man’s accident saved his wife from a life of coma, or possible death. Known on Tik-Tok as Southofthe49th, the man said he passed out randomly in 2012.
As he fell, he hit his head on the pavement, got injured and was taken to the hospital. Luckily, it was just a superficial injury. They wrapped his head in some gauze and gave him some medication. However, his boss still asked him to take a day off and go back home to recover properly. He drove 4-5 hours to reach home, only to find his wife in bed, visibly distressed and very sick.
He took her to the hospital, they conducted a CAT scan and shockingly discovered a “lemon-sized” tumour in her ‘right-frontal lobe’ — the exact spot of his injury. She was taken into emergency surgery where the tumour was extracted. The doctors informed him if there was any delay, she would be in a permanent coma. If he didn’t hit his head, a bump which he carries to date, his wife’s condition would never be known.Isn’t that one in a million story?
Another one in a million incident is the story of Mark Bowling’s birth. He begins his video by saying his father ‘really wanted a boy'.So much so, that he kept trying even after having three girls. Then, his wife finally got pregnant with a boy. As she went into labour, the man had to come back from work to be present for the birth of his much-awaited son. The work that he missed? A security meeting on the 101st floor of one of the Twin Towers in New York. The day of birth? September 11, 2001.
Mark’s birth saved his father from an extremely horrible fate.
