A video of Indian cricket supporters chanting "Rishabh Pant will hit you for a six, he will babysit your kids," and taking a hilarious dig at Aussies has gone insanely viral on social media.

And going by Pant's batting display on the Day 2 of the final Test, he has proven that he isn't all talk and no substance.

As India breached the 500-run-mark on Day 2 of the Sydney Test, Cheteshwar Pujara piled up a mammoth 193 runs in India's first innings, thereby surpassing Dravid in the most number of deliveries faced by an Indian Test cricketer in Australia.

But it was also Pant's quick-fire century (159* in 189 deliveries) that diverted attention from Pujara's heroics. Even before the 21-year-old Indian wicket-keeper crossed the three-digit mark, Indian fans in attendance reminded the hosts who they were dealing with in the center.

We’ve got Pant

Rishab Pant

I just don’t think you’ll understand

He’ll hit you for a six

He’ll babysit your kids

We’ve got Rishab Pant

Echoing as the chant was through out the stadium, fans from both nations couldn't help but chuckle at the funny lyrics. The video of the chants was posted by Twitter handle @thebharatarmy and soon it was shared by many others.

Twitter was all up for it.

Pant's fiery innings also inspired jokes and memes on the microblogging site.

There were some interesting facts that followed.

In case you haven't been following the previous Tests, the 'babysiting', and other, banter between Pant and Australian captain Tim Paine began on the Day 3 of the third Test at MCG.

“Tell you what, big MS is back in the one-day squad too, we might get him (Pant) down to the (Hobart) Hurricanes this bloke, we need a batter,” Paine had said from behind the stumps.

“Fancy that Pant? Extend your little Aussie holiday? Beautiful town Hobart too. Get you a nice apartment on the water-front. Have him over for dinner. Can you babysit? (Can I) take the wife to the movies one night, you can look after the kids?,” he had further added.

The Pant-Paine banter came to a 'wholesome' end on Tuesday when Paine’s wife Bonnie posted a picture of herself and her children alongside the Indian wicket-keeper with a tongue-in-cheek caption “Best babysitter”.

Pant's antics even reached the Australian prime minister, who asked the Indian wicketkeeper during the New Year meet and greet at his residence if he was the one who sledges. This interaction between Scott Morrison and Pant left everyone present in the room in splits.

Meanwhile, India declared its innings at 622/7.

Top Indian scorers:

Pujara: 193 (373)

Pant: 159* (189)

Jadeja: 81 (114)

Agarwal: 77 (112)
