In the future, when humanity is gone and alien species discover our lifeless planet, Reddit comment will be the source of their understanding of our species and they'll call us the funniest creatures that ever lived. The internet is a beautiful, magical place where all sorts of awesome things happen and nowhere does it happen more often than on Reddit.
As is the case with most things, a chain reaction of comments take place and the resulting thread is almost always just the best.
The same happened few hours ago in the r/news subreddit when someone posted a Yahoo article titled "Orlando shooter was a regular at the gay nightclub he attacked, used multiple gay dating apps". While the article itself was a serious reports that gives some insight to the Orlando shooter's psyche especially his possible repressed homosexuality, the comments on the Reddit thread predictably went for the obvious joke and conclusion.
Reddit user 'Daheixiong' pointed out the big existential conundrum ISIS faces post this report.
What could have just ended at that was taken ahead further and Reddit user 'jimothy202' drew out the most logical and hilarious conclusion: ISIS is actually gay.
The thread somehow took a weird turn and turned into an episode of 'Seinfeld' but let us not forget the underlying possibility. The entirety of the fundamentalist terrorist organization, that is ISIS, is possibly gay and that, ladies and gentlemen, is amazing.
