The 2021 Grammy awards concluded on Monday and besides all the impressive performances by artists like Harry Styles, BTS, Dua Lipa, and award winners like Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish and more, the event also rolled out a socially distant red carpet.
And if there is a red carpet then there are certainly some notable red carpet moments as well. From Harry Styles coming dressed in a pantsuit with a pink fuzzy boa to performing in a black leather pantsuit with a green furry boa, the British artist made sure that he made a statement.
I am loving the #Clueless vibes @Harry_Styles!! ♀️ Cher would be so honored (and totally approve!!) of this chic look. Congrats on your win at the #GRAMMYs last night!!! #WatermelonSugar pic.twitter.com/2JufB336FA— Alicia Silverstone (@AliciaSilv) March 16, 2021
While Taylor Swift was very much giving us the Cottage Core vibe with her floral dress.

However, one haute couture red carpet look served by Noah Cyrus certainly got netizens turning into meme artists. The 21-year-old singer and songwriter and sister of Miley Cyrus wore the Schiaparelli Spring 2021 Haute Couture. Although she looked gorgeous in the gown, a few people were reminded of popcorn, crumpled tissue, and wherever their imagination took them.
This user wrote that Noah’s gown reminded them of a white crumpled paper, which if we look closely might see.
While this user wrote how Noah just came along with her bed to show up at the red carpet. Since we have been working from home for so long it seems even Noah feels a certain amount of attachment with her bed and found it difficult to part with it and hence dressed up withit.
Another tweet compared Noah’s gown to a comforter and said that the artist just showed up with a warm comforter.
Taking their imagination to another level, one user placed a picture of popcorn next to Noah’s red carpet look and drew a comparison on how they both look quite the same.
Noah Cyrus was nominated for the first time for a Grammy award in the Best New Artist category.
