Spider Man fans were left confused after actors Tom Holland, Zendaya, and Jacob Batalon dropped their own titles for the upcoming Marvel superhero movie. Tom Holland posted a picture from the upcoming movie on his Instagram handle, where he was seen with his fellow cast members Zendaya and Jacob. Tom also revealed the title of 1the upcoming film. Captioning the supposed title reveal, Tom said that he is excited to announce the new Spider-Man title and cannot wait for the audience to see what they have been up to.
Commenting on Tom’s post, Zendaya, who plays MJ, wrote, “What the hell”. The 24-year-old actress responded like that since she had revealed another title for the movie that read 'Spider-Man Home Slice'.
Intensifying the confusion was Jacob, who said that the upcoming film will be called 'Spider-Man HomeWrecker'. When the three of them had had it enough, Tom commented on Zendaya’s post and wrote that he is calling the director Jon Watts to confirm the name of the movie.
However, in the meantime, netizens and Marvel fans got together to create numerous memes and hilarious reactions to the entire bewilderment. From blaming WandaVision’s antagonist Agatha to creating memes on Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man version reactions to the supposed titles, netizens made sure they made full use of the three fake titles.
One user posted a video of two men laughing and having a great time and captioned it as the supposed reactions of Tom and Jacob after successfully confusing their fans.
Meanwhile, Brandon Davis tweeted a picture of Agatha Harkness from WandaVision next to the three fake titles of the upcoming Spider-Man movie and wrote that they know who is posting from Tom Holland and Jacob Batalon's accounts.
