After PUBG and PM Modi, WhatsApp is the newest inspiration for wedding cards.
After PUBG and PM Modi, WhatsApp is the newest inspiration for wedding cards.
From PUBG themed wedding cards to those asking guests to vote for PM Modi in the 2019 elections, couples have tried many things in the past year to set their wedding invitation card apart from the rest.
And now, a Surat couple has come up with a WhatsApp themes card for their wedding, proving that these days everyone truly is married to technology.
Surat-based web-designer Chintan Desai and his would-be wife Arzoo wanted to do something new instead of the same, old, boring wedding card. So they came up with the idea of a WhatsApp themes card, news agency ANI reported. Images of the four-page card were shared on social media.

The wedding is set to take place in February and is already creating a buzz on social media.
With 2018 being the year of high-profile Bollywood weddings, it seems many couples in India have taken on the challenge to make their own weddings a celebrated, social media affair too.
In December, a Kerala couple's Chemistry inspired wedding invite caused quite a 'reaction' on social media with even Congress MP Shashi Tharoor commenting on the ingenuity of the invite.
Before that, a Pune couple's PUBG themed pre-wedding shoot went viral.
More recently, a Gujarat couple had the most bizarre wedding card of them all. The invite had a message for guests, requesting them to vote for PM Modi in the upcoming 2019 Lok Sabha polls instead of giving them a wedding present.
