Daniel Browning Smith has been named the most flexible man alive. Smith discovered his extreme flexibility when he was barely four years old. He could jump off a bunk bed and land in a split as a four-year-old in his home in Mississippi. That's when he decided to become one of the best contortionists in the world.

He now holds the Guinness World Record for the most flexible man in the world. Smith is flexible enough to dislocate his arms so easily that they fit through an unstrung tennis racket!

Daniel can dislocate and bend his arms and legs and rotate his torso up to 180 degrees! Famously known as the 'rubberboy', Daniel has three Guinness World Records to his name for his abilities.
