Union minister Ravi Shankar Prasad's tweet has left several puzzled on the microblogging site.

Prasad recently visited Dhanauri Kalan, a village in Uttar Pradesh, where he inaugurated the Wi-FI Choupal-- set up to provide Internet at nominal prices and inspected several other initiatives under the DigiGaon schemes.

The minister also met with a group of women who had set up a sanitary pad manufacturing unit under the same scheme and posted a photograph congratulating them on his Twitter account.

"It was heartening to interact with the village women who have set up sanitary pad manufacturing unit in Digi Gaon Dhanauri Kalan. This has not only created source of livelihood but also promoted awareness about menstrual hygiene. This is part of #StreeSwabhiman initiative of CSC," the minister tweeted.

The only problem here being, there is...no women in the photo he shared.

Twitterati were quick to notice this and tweeted back to Prasad asking one question-- "where are the women?"

Realising that he had perhaps erred, Prasad shared another photo and wrote, “Proud of these women of Dhanauri Kalan village in UP who are not only creating awareness about menstrual health but also making low cost sanitary pads, as part of #StreeSwabhiman movement of CSC. They are indeed breaking barriers & transforming lives.”

Last year, Bollywood legend BigB was called out for sharing a picture of "team" Pink which didn't have any women in it.
