Sloths are extremely hard to spot, forget about clicking a picture with them. But this man, Nicolas Huskar, who was on a jungle trek, did an excellent job when he took a selfie with a sloth that was hanging upside down from a tree (that's what sloths usually do).

As a matter of fact, sloths are shy, prefer hanging upside down from Cecropia tress and feed off its buds, leaves and shoot. Which is why they are rarely seen on the ground and why they move among the branches of trees very slowly. All of these characteristics make them extremely difficult to get on camera. But well, it doesn't seem impossible now.

As soon as Huskar spotted this sloth he took out his selfie stick. And just like anybody else who poses for a picture, this sloth too posed, and smiled as Huskar clicked a picture with him.

The image that was posted on Imgur by Nicolas Huskar on July 4 has gone viral. In just over a day it got 1.83 lakh views and more.

While this extremely cute picture of the smiling sloth is breaking the internet, some users said it was a rare instance where the use of a selfie stick was validated.

One user wrote, "the only time I think a selfie stick is acceptable to use".

Others said it was the "best use of a selfie stick ever".

Selfie sticks have been quite a popular accessory in recent times, with people around the world buying it to click pictures of themselves and posting it on social media. And the sticks have been quite a nuisance at times, including when tourists block your way to click selfies.

But this selfie for sure has made people think that using a selfie stick was the perfect thing!

Take a look at the perfectly amazing slofie here!
