The constant netbanking reminders to link Aadhaar card to your bank account, the barrage of Aadhaar card link deadline SMSes, and being spammed with SMSes confirming that you have already linked the card and you should ignore the texts, Aadhaar is something that concerns us all.

The Internet has had it. While the social media users have been sh*tting all over the card and Netflix India is busy trolling India’s biometric identification system through Black Mirror episode, here's a poem that sums it all.

While attending the Kolkata Book Fair 2018, Jayant Kripalani (yes, the guy who interviewed Sharman Joshi in 3 Idiots) took the stage at Poet's conference and hilariously described his struggles with the Aadhaar card.

Here is how it goes:

I am a Baul singer and I know that I am free

I don't need an Aadhaar card to tell me I am me

They say they'll close my bank account oh I just have a laugh

What the hell are they going to do with 1 rupee and a half
