Nail artists have been known to experiment with unusual materials to make something new and creative. While using French tips, glitter, extensions, gel nail polish or 3D press might have been the most popular choices for nail art but a nail artist made herself stand out by taking a rather bizarre approach.
A nail artist set the internet abuzz when she used a vegetable for her manicure choice leaving netizens in an awe of her talents. The artist runs an Instagram page called ‘Nadiya ilysm’ showcasing her eccentric creations but in one of the latest videos she uses an onion to decorate her nails with an intricate design. The video has attracted many reactions, leaving some baffled and some with many questions.
Shared on March 21, the artist first glues a spring onion on her nail, using gel polish to secure it in place and then she sculpts the piece of onion smoothly into the shape of the nail using an electric file to buff the nail and smoothe the area. The end result will leave you stunned and surprised.
