The woman who found Lady Gaga’s kidnapped two French bulldogs has not been paid yet because cops have not yet cleared her of involvement in the crime. The Los Angeles Police Department advised the singer not to give the cash reward of $500,000 she offered until the cops determined that the finder had nothing to do with the dog-napping.
As per TMZ, the incident of dog theft and shooting of Lady Gaga’s dog walker, Ryan Fischer could be part of a gang initiation.
On the night of February 24, thieves got out of a car and shot dog walker Ryan, 30 and stole Gaga’s two of three dogs, Koji and Gustav. The third one, Miss Asia, managed to escape and was caught in the surveillance footage running over to Ryan’s side as he was laying on the floor calling for help. The footage shows that the two dogs were at a distance from Ryanand instead of simply stealing the dogs, they choose to shoot Ryan, which leads the police to believe that the incident is gang-related. The incident took place on West Hollywood’s Sierra Bonita Avenue around 10 pm on February 24.
Under 48 hours, a woman returned the dogs to the LAPD’s Olympic Community Police Station. The canines were confirmed to be Gaga’s by her representatives, while the singer is currently in Rome for a film shooting.
According to Daily Mail, Gaga is eager to keep her promise after the woman is cleared by the cops of not being involved in the crime.
Ryan survived the assault and was admitted to hospital where he is making full recovery. He posted his pictures from hospital bed on his social media where he thanked first responders for saving his life. In the picture, he can be seen hooked to a breathing tube.
Ryan applauded the LA Police Department to capture the two dogs while the investigation for two attackers is still underway.
