DSSSB various post recruitment 2021: Exam Pattern
The Board will conduct the selection for various posts on the basis of CBT exams. The exams will be conducted in two phases- Tier I and II. Only those candidates will be eligible to take the Tier II exam who willl be able to score minimum qualifying marks in Tier I exam. Applicants are advised to get familiar with the exam pattern and syllabus.
DSSB Exam Pattern and Syllabus: For Tier-I
Tier I examination will be conducted in CBT mode. The question paper will be bilingual- Hindi as well as English. There will be MCQ-type questions from four sections - general awareness, general intelligence and reasoning ability, mathematics and Hindi language and comprehension/English language and comprehension. Each question will be of one mark and the total marks will be 200.
DSSB Exam Pattern and Syllabus: For Tier II
Tier-II exam will be comprised f two sections, the first will be objective type and the second will be descriptive paper. Section A of the tier-II exam will have questions from general intelligence and reasoning ability, quantitative aptitude along with a question from data interpretation and analysis, general awareness and English language and comprehension. The syllabus will be the same as tier I exam, however, the level of the exam will be slightly tough.
General Awareness section will also include questions from on history, culture, demography, geography & economy of Delhi, Administrative set up and Governance in NCT of Delhi and various schemes of Delhi Govt.
