FC Goa were leading 2-1 at 90 minutes but then Laxmikant Kattimani scored an own goal and Stiven Mendoza another in the same minute to make Chennaiyin FC the champions.

Mendoza's scores a 90th minute winner as Chennaiyin FC beat FC Goa 3-2 to win ISL 2015

Own goal from Laxmikant Kattimani and then Stiven Mendoza scores another to give Chennaiyin FC 3-2 lead.

Goal! Joffre scores on a free-kick in the 87th min to give FC Goa 2-1 lead against Chennaiyin FC.

84 mins: Chennaiyin FC are spreading the ball around really well. But the tight line maintained by FC Goa is forcing them to go back and play more sideways passes.

80 mins: Rafael Coelho whips in a powerful low cross from the right and Thongkhosiem Haokip gets on the end of it. He attempts a cheeky little flick with the back of his heel but directs the shot straight at Edel Apoula. The keeper still had a lot to do as he had to get down quickly to make the save. FC Goa come very close to taking the lead.

68 mins: Elano Blumer comes in to replace Bruno Pelissari.

Second penalty for Chennaiyin FC. Its a miss. Good save from FC Goa goalkeeper. The score is still 1-1.

Goal! Thongkhosiem Haokip taps home the equaliser for FC Goa.

Pelissari had his heart in his mouth as Laxmikant Kattimani blocked the penalty out. However, the keeper could only palm it straight back out and Bruno Pelissari reacted the earliest to knock the ball into an empty net. Laxmikant Kattimani could only look helplessly as he did not have time to recover from the diving save that he made. Chennaiyin FC are ahead! Can they hold on to this lead?

Penalty for Chennaiyin FC. Goal! Bruno Pelissari misses from the spot but scores on the rebound. Chennaiyin FC 1-0 FC Goa.

51 mins: Chennaiyin FC are once again dictating the play with some good string of passes. However, the final ball is lacking as the service to Mendoza has not been up to the mark. Chennaiyin FC really need to make the possession count.

The second-half kicks off.

Half-time: FC Goa 0-0 Chennaiyin FC.

Two minutes added before half-time.

43 mins: Joffre tries his luck from quite some distance. He has the ball on his stronger foot (left) and ignores the options that he has on either side as he goes for the goal. However, the attempt goes hopelessly over the bar on this occasion.

31 mins: FC Goa have taken control of the possession as they are looking to dictate play at the moment. Can they turn the possession into an attack?

26 mins: Bruno Pelissari wriggles past his man and almost makes his way into the box. He is stopped in his tracks by Lucio who also gets a little bit of the player. Yet another appeal for a free kick but the referee waves play on.

21 mins: Mehrajuddin Wadoo has conceded one too many fouls and his most recent foul on Joffre has resulted in his name going into the referee's book. The right-back will have to be really careful now.

10 mins: Dudu is injured and Zico has been forced to replace him with Jonatan Lucca,

7 mins: Thoi Singh makes a surging run on the right side before whipping an early cross into the box. Laxmikant Kattimani was alert and quickly came out of his line to collect the ball before any Chennaiyin FC player could get on the end of it. What a fast paced start to the game it has been. The question is how long can the players keep this tempo going?

Bernard Mendy wins the toss and selects the side, his team will be attacking from right to left for the first 45 minutes. FC Goa will set the ball rolling for the first half.

Its kick-off time at Fatorda.

6:45pm: FC Goa have gone in with an unchanged team from the one that beat Delhi Dynamos in the second leg of the semi-final to enter the finals. Their opponents have made only one change to the team that lost in the second leg against Atletico de Kolkata. Marquee player - Elano finds himself demoted to the bench while Bruno Pelissari gets a start.

The match kicks off in an hour. Stay tuned for our live updates.

6:05pm: Leo Moura has been an integral member in the FC Goa team, he has completed 803 passes so far, 8 of them have resulted in goals for his team and that also makes him the assist leader of the squad. Reinaldo with his 33 shots and 7 goals, is the man who has scored the most number of times for FC Goa this season. Jonatan Lucca has been steady in the midfield and is most useful in breaking the opposition's play, he has made 51 tackles, the most for his team.

6:02pm: While Elano is still their best player, Chennai will expect Jeje, Mendoza and Mendy, who have turned things around for them to perform when it matters the most. Their goalkeeper Apoula has been in a brilliant form and has got a good backing from his defenders. If Elano and Co. can somehow find a way to score a quick goal then Materazzi’s strategy will be to block everything and not let Goa players move freely with the ball.

6:00pm:Chennai lost 1-2 against Atletico de Kolkata in the second leg of semi-final but reached the final with an aggregate score of 4-2, thanks to their authoritative 3-0 victory in the first leg. Goa, on the other hand, after losing the first leg 1-0 to Delhi Dynamos, made a stunning comeback in the second leg to outplay their opponents 3-0 and reach the final for the first time.

5:55pm: Hello and welcome to the live updates of Indian Super League 2015 final played between FC Goa and Chennaiyin FC.
