Thiruvananthapuram: The 23-year-old woman, who had allegedly bobbitised a self-styled godman Swami Ganeshananda Theerthapadam in Kerala for allegedly raping her for several years, has now filed a police complaint, alleging that Swami's former aid had sexually exploited her on false assurances of marriage.

Ayyappadas had filed a habeas corpus plea before the Kerala High Court, saying that the aforementioned woman was being illegally detained with the help of Swami’s accomplice, and was being threatened to change her statements.

However, in her complaint registered at the Pettah Police station, the girl alleged that Ayyappadas had duped her family of Rs 6.6 lakh, and hoodwinked Swami into giving Rs 8 lakh when they were in good terms.

The woman also claimed that she was wilfully staying at her parent's place and was under no pressure, adding that she had a threat to her life from Ayyappadas and wanted protection.

Earlier on Tuesday, the court had heard two petitions by the prosecution, one to conduct brain mapping and polygraph test on her to ascertain why she was inconsistent with her statements, and the other to conduct a medical examination.

Swami Ganeshananda Theerthapadam was arrested on the charges of raping the law student at her home for eight years. The woman had said that Swami first raped her when she was 16 years old.
