At least two foreign tourists were killed as a chartered train derailed on the Kalka-Shimla Railway line on Saturday.

At least two foreign tourists were killed as a chartered train derailed on the Kalka-Shimla Railway line on Saturday.

According to reports, the incident took place at a distance of 2 km from Kalka. As many as five foreign tourists also suffered injuries in the incident.

The incident occurred when the train got derailed while passing through a curve between Kalka and Taksal. Senior officers were rushed to spot while the rescue operation is underway.
