Congress President Sonia Gandhi is leading by 1,293 votes over her nearest rival Ajay Agarwal of BJP in Rae Bareli.

Dimple Yadav, wife of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav is leading by over 1,000 votes over her nearest BJP rival Subrat Pathak in Kannauj, as per initial trends.

Santosh Gangwar (BJP) is also leading by over 5,700 votes in Bareilly over his nearest Samajwadi Party rival Ayesha Islam.

In Hardoi, Anshul Verma (BJP) is leading by over 6,000 votes over Shri Prakash Rawat (BSP).

Congress turncoat Jagdambika Pal, contesting on BJP ticket, is leading from Domariyaganj, while former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Uma Bharti is ahead in Jhansi.

Apna Dal candidate Anupriya Patel is leading in Mirzapur over her nearest rival Samudra Bind of BSP by 6,500 votes.

In Sitapur, BSP candidate Kaisar Jahan is leading by 2,000 votes over BJP's Rajesh Verma.

Sakshi Maharaj of BJP is leading in Unnao by 1,880 votes while RP Chaudhary (BSP) is leading in Basti seat by 298 votes.

BSP's Ashok Kumar Rawat is leading in Misrikh and Chote Lal Kharwar of the same party is ahead in Robertsganj.
